BOOKING

Your booking is considered confirmed when you have paid in full for the course you wish to attend.
Places on courses are available on a “first come, first served” basis on payment of fees due.
Unless otherwise advertised, courses are for adults (18+).

 
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If you need to cancel your booking on a course, we will refund the cost minus an £8 admin fee, if you give us 21 or more days (3 weeks) notice prior to the workshop starting.
If you need to cancel anywhere between 20 to 3 days before a course starts, we will do our best to fill your space. If we can fill your space you will be refunded your course fee less an £8 admin fee, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
We will not be able to refund your course fee if cancellation is made from 72 hours of the course starting.
We will not be able to refund any fee if you fail to attend a course or class within a course.

 
ACCESSIBILITY
 

The space we teach in (Devon Applied Arts Workshop) has wheelchair accessible doors and a toilet and we will do our best to provide anyone with access needs what they need to enjoy the course and achieve their best work.
If you have any mobility, health or access needs which you feel we may need to know about to help to provide you with the best experience, please inform us when you book you place before the course starts.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are redeemable up to 2 years after having been issued, for booking on a course provided by RAMP. 

PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGE COLLECTION

RAMP & Devon Applied Arts workshop will occasionally record still imagery, video and audio during workshops to be used for promoting future courses. If you do not wish to be recorded in any of these ways, please inform RAMP at the start of the course.
Students are welcome to make photographs of their own work and of other’s, (with the permission of the maker) but are not permitted to film during classes.
